In the early stages of training within the Q’ero lineage, we are very intentional about what is placed inside your Mesa.

💫This is not limitation—it is protection, precision, and deep respect for your healing process.

Your Mesa is not decoration.

It is not a collection.

It is a living field of consciousness.

Each stone, each object, each thread within your bundle is in relationship with your emotional body, your ancestral field, your energetic pathways, and your spiritual readiness. Rumi to Kuyas: The Awakening of a Stone

In the Andean tradition, a stone found along your path is called a Rumi.

A Rumi is not just a rock—it is a being in waiting.

That Rumi may become a Kuya.
