2.1. Payment Processing: We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle all financial transactions on the Site. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

2.2. Accuracy of Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, payment method, and credit card expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

2.3. Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.

2.4. Disputes and Chargebacks: In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, you agree to first contact us at chacancenter@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. We are not responsible for any fees or losses resulting from a dispute or chargeback.

3. Order Fulfillment and Policies
3.1. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our products and services, our refund policy is as follows: We accept returns and exchanges within reason based on product and service. All retreats have a partial refund policy prior to 90 days before the retreat.

3.2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies are listed individually as applicable within the event description.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
4.1. Acceptable Use: You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
