Join us for our upcoming Halloween event, Conjuring Fates, which includes scrying if the seer is called to it!
Scrying, a form of divination, is the practice of looking into a reflective surface to receive intuitive messages and visions. While often associated with crystal balls and medieval wizards, scrying can be done with a variety of tools, from a bowl of water to a dark mirror or even a polished obsidian stone. The purpose is not to see the future in a fixed sense, but to access the subconscious mind and the collective unconscious, allowing for a deeper understanding of one's own path and the energies at play around them. It's a meditative practice that requires patience and an open mind, as the "visions" may not be literal images but rather feelings, symbols, or even a sense of knowing.

The key to successful scrying lies in the ability to quiet the conscious mind and enter a state of relaxed focus. By gazing softly into the reflective surface without trying too hard to "see," the practitioner allows their intuition to take over. This can be a powerful tool for self-reflection and spiritual growth, as it encourages a non-linear way of thinking and problem-solving. Whether used for personal guidance, creative inspiration, or simply as a form of contemplative meditation, scrying offers a unique and ancient pathway to connect with the unseen realms of knowledge and insight that lie within and beyond ourselves.
Join us October 17th for our special Halloween event, Conjuring Fates. If you’re lucky… Shannon may scry and see your future…or maybe she’ll stick to casting bones!
