Ever wonder what "magic" really looks like on a Chacana retreat? Sometimes, it looks like a heartbeat in the distance. 🄁

Back in July 2024, while exploring the sacred Hill of Tara in Ireland, our group started hearing the sound of drumming. We followed the rhythm over the crest of a hill and came face-to-face with a group of shamans.

The moment we saw their mesas, we knew: they were family.

In a beautiful "see, it really happens!" moment for our students, we stepped forward and shared our lineage. Within minutes, we realized we were all part of the same massive Ayllu (community)! šŸŒŽāœØ

What happened next was pure medicine:

• We invited our new soul-friends to join us for a Despacho ceremony.

• We spent hours singing, teaching, and sharing stories under the Irish sky.

• We closed our time together by offering Kutis to one another.

It was a once-in-a-lifetime reminder that when you walk this path, the world gets much smaller and a lot more connected.

Note: Out of respect for our distant Ayllu, we’ve blurred their identities in these photos—but the energy of that day is unmistakable! šŸ“øšŸ™

You never know what’s going to happen on a Chacana retreat. Ready to see where the path leads next?
