Join Mike for a powerful breathwork experience designed to help you release emotional and mental blocks, clear stored trauma, and reclaim your personal power. Through guided active conscious breathing for 24–27 minutes, you’ll awaken energy and insight deep within the body. The session then flows into a period of meditative stillness, allowing your system to integrate and ground the transformation.

This is more than a class — it’s a journey inward, where the breath becomes your greatest teacher and healer.
