You’ll be guided into fully supported restorative postures using props that allow the body to soften without effort. As you settle into stillness, gentle Thai Yoga Massage techniques — assisted stretches, mindful pressure, and slow rhythmic movement — will be layered in to melt tension, open energetic pathways, and bring the body back into harmony.
