As we step into the new year, this experience offers a sacred pause—a time to let the resonance of singing bowls and intentional sound wash away what no longer serves, allowing you to set gentle intentions and align with your highest path.

The Experience

Through guided meditation and the layering of Sacred Sound, Reiki energy is lovingly held in the space to support each participant’s highest and best. The harmonious frequencies work to clear energetic blockages while the Reiki fosters a sense of deep peace (note: this is a communal energy experience; no hands-on work).

• A yoga mat, blanket, and pillow

• Water

• Any personal items that help you feel supported and cozy

• Comfortable clothing is highly encouraged.
