Join us for a gentle spiritual meditation experience, where participants gather in a circle while Reiki energy is lovingly held in the space to support gentleness, compassion, and heart-centered self-love—offering space to slow down, soften, and return to center.

As we step into the new year, this meditation offers a sacred pause — a time to release what no longer serves, set gentle intentions, and align with the energy you wish to carry forward.

Through guided meditation and intention, Reiki energy is lovingly held in the space to support each participant’s highest and best (no hands-on work).

What to bring:

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, or any items that help you feel supported, comfortable, and cozy. Dress comfortably.
