Mesa Essentials – Shamanic Practitioner Practice Class

Mesa Essentials is a required class for all Shamanic Practitioners and Apprentices to keep your skills fresh, deepen your practice, ask questions, and continue growing together in community. A minimum of one class per quarter is required, with monthly attendance highly recommended.

What to bring:

Bring ALL your notes, your Mesa, Mesa supplies, ceremonial clothing, and everything you would normally bring to a Mesa class. Come prepared to practice, refresh, learn, and reconnect.

And most importantly… bring dark chocolate. 🤪🍫 Apparently, this is also essential.
