Online Mesa Essentials

This class is for current Mesa students only. The prerequisite for this class is Mesa Training South I.

** In this class we will only be practicing Basic Illuminations S1.

How to Prepare:

Wear black, have all shamanic tools, use a computer/phone/camera to record yourself, lay a couple of pillows or shirt and pants on a flat surface to use as your “client.”

This is an opportunity to practice your “hands on” Mesa Training Techniques. You must submit a video of yourself practicing anillumination within 5 days of the date of this event. You will receive a video on the date of this event and will have 3 days to view.
