Mesa Essentials

Mesa Essentials Practice Class (In-Person Only)

This class is a required experience for all Shamanic Apprentices and Mesa students and is an essential part of your Mesa training journey.

You may begin attending after completing Mesa Training South I, and continue throughout your entire apprenticeship. This class supports all directions of the medicine wheel and counts toward your Mesa Essentials requirements, no matter where you are in your training.

This is a hands-on practice class designed to help you strengthen, embody, and refine the techniques you have learned—while being supported, guided, and corrected when needed.
