Mesa: Constellation Tribe - Ñusta Rites

Answer the call. Step onto the sacred Andean medicine path and become a Mesa Carrier—an initiated Peruvian shaman. This immersive, two-year journey is a deep apprenticeship in personal transformation and luminous service. You’ll heal emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and physically as you build your mesa, discover your power animals, journey into non-ordinary reality, and learn time-honored healing ceremonies to serve yourself and others.

Prerequisite: Munay Ki—Bands of Power

Program structure

- Two-day, full-day immersions every three months over two years

- The Medicine Wheel: South, West, North, East, plus the Nusta rites

- A committed container for profound growth, lineage teachings, and community

What you’ll experience

- Craft and carry your mesa (medicine bundle)

- Learn shamanic practices and how to apply them for yourself and others (soul-retrieval, destiny lines, chakra balancing)

- Journey safely into alternate realities and connect with your spirit allies

- Receive sacred healing techniques rooted in Peruvian tradition

- Join a circle of committed seekers walking this ancient path together

South I – what to bring

- Red or black journal and pen

- Hat/sunglasses/sunscreen for outdoor time

- Water bottle

- Wear black

- Your lunch

- An extra change of clothing

- A comfy chair if folding chairs are uncomfortable

- 3 stones

- Sticks

After you register: Contact the Center for your Mesa orientation packet.

All follow-up classes

- Bring everything from South I except the sticks

- Continue to bring all shamanic tools you’ve accrued

- For S1, W1, N1, and E1, bring three new stones to each class

Nusta & Chumpi

Optional items

- Flowers for the altar (red and white if possible)

- Chocolate or a snack to share

- A personal item to place on the altar if you feel called
