This initial phase prepares you for a tranquil guided meditation/journey experience, leading you to a state of inner calm and clarity. The session gracefully concludes with an immersive, Reiki infused sound bath, channeled by Sun, featuring the harmonious, resonant tones of both crystal and Himalayan bowls designed to promote profound relaxation and energetic balance. These sound vibrations guide your brain into calmer alpha and theta states, where clarity replaces chaos and healing begins.

What to bring: anything to make your meditation comfortable (yoga mat, pillow, blanket, collapsible chair, etc.) Limited number of pillows, blankets, etc. available for use Water and a journal for reflection is desired.
