Spend focused time refreshing bedside presence, comfort measures, ritual support, and grounded responsiveness during vigil and transition.

Guided meditation

Settle into a centering practice to restore calm, compassion, and clarity, anchoring you for the work ahead.

Q&A

Bring your questions and real-world scenarios to an open, supportive dialogue for practical guidance and shared wisdom.

Ancestral honoring

Come to remember, to refine, and to be renewed—so you can return to your calling with steadiness, skill, and grace.

Meet Cynthia De Siena RN MSN-Ed – A Registered Nurse for over 40 years, Cynthia’s healing journey began with herself. It was through the power within, the Medicine Wheel, and the Path of Fire of Munay Ki and the Mesa lineage of the Q’ero Tribe of Peru, that healed Cynthia from the autoimmune response. Through meditation, prayer, walking the path of fire through the medicine wheel, and a change of attitude, she became the healing environment for herself and others. Years of education have brought her to a Masters’ level in Nursing with a specialty in Nursing Education. She has focused her studies on Caring Science and Caritas, a nursing theory by Dr. Jean Watson, battling stress and burnout with self-care, mindfulness and journaling tools, and strategies, teaching Death and Dying, certified as a Sacred Passage Doula, and Intentional Vibration, a practice of energy medicine developed by herself and another Nurse, Marianna Kaiser. Her specialty is finding the root cause of dis-ease and targeting it with a holistic approach that balances the client’s energy field. Cynthia is a Nursing Instructor and Faculty at EFSC, Melbourne campus, the Director of Education and Curriculum or the “Keeper of Wisdom” at Radiant Oaks Spiritual Health Center in Lake City, Florida, and a full Mesa Carrier Shaman and Teacher at Chacana Spiritual Center, Melbourne, Florida.
