I agree that by signing up for the Chacana Spiritual Center‘s Mesa Payment Plan via PayPal that I will pay my debt owed monthly for a total of 21 months without pausing the payment plan.
I understand if my payment plan becomes paused that I will owe a lump sum payment of all debt owed until that occurrence & would resume my Mesa payments in cash or credit upon arrival to each Mesa class for the full amount owed.
I understand I cannot sign up for Mesa classes if my payment plan has been paused or a debt is owed because of paused payments.
I understand that the Mesa payment plan is nonrefundable & if I stop attending Mesa classes it is my responsibility to inform the Chacana spiritual center to stop my payment plan or I may stop my payment plan at anytime if I unenroll in Mesa.
I understand that if I do not attend classes and there’s a positive balance on my Mesa account the Chacana spiritual center will honor the credit towards my future Mesa classes for up to 3 years - no refunds.
The mesa Payment plans is nontransferable to anyone else.
I understand I may only have one payment plan per person. I will not create a second payment plan if the first one becomes paused due to insufficient funds in my account or any other reasons.
I understand that I am solely responsible for managing my own account and may call PayPal for any technical issues & Chacana for any financial issues. If my payment plan becomes paused due to delinquent funds in my PayPal account that I am responsible to call and inform the Chacana and Spiritual Center.
I understand that if I graduate before my PayPal Mesa payments have ended that I remain responsible to finish paying off the payments in full a total of 21 months of payments.
I understand that a payment plan does not automatically register me for Mesa classes. It is my sole responsibility to register for each Mesa class and at the time of registration I will be marked as unpaid. Upon arrival to mesa class The Chacana Spiritual Center will confirm that my payment plan currently active and mark me as paid.
I understand that The Chacana spiritual center attains the right to refuse entry to classes that are all ready at max capacity or if the student has not meet mandatory requirements to enter into their next Mesa class ( see class requirements list ).
I understand that the Mesa payment plan only covers the core Mesa classes of South one, South two, West one, West two, North one, North two, East one, East two. And subsequently does not cover any supplemental classes required for Mesa.
