Retreat Registration Agreement

, collectively referred to as the "Parties".

1. Retreat Details: Provider agrees to organize and conduct a spiritual retreat ("Retreat") under the following details: Peru, April-May 2027.

2. Participation Fee: Participant agrees to pay the following fees for participation in the Retreat in USD:

$4,400 if the date of this agreement is prior to August 1, 2026
$4,900 if the date of this agreement is August 1, 2006 or later.

Deposit: A nonrefundable deposit in USD of $500 and completion of this agreement is required to secure Participant's placement in the Retreat. This deposit is due before or upon signing this Agreement and has already been paid.

Payment Schedule:

Participant shall enroll in a payment plan for the remaining balance of the retreat. The Chacana Spiritual Center will create an automatic withdrawal schedule with the participant based on the date of this agreement. Withdrawal amounts and associated dates and fees:

Total amount due: $4400; $500 deposit paid and aggreement dated June 2026: $433.33 monthly payments with the first payment deducted July 2026 and the final payment deducted March 2027.
Total amount due: $4400; $500 deposit paid and aggreement dated July 2026: $487.50 monthly payments with the first payment deducted August 2026 and the final payment deducted March 2027.
Total amount due: $4900; $500 deposit paid and aggreement dated August 2026: $628.57 monthly payments with the first payment deducted September 2026 and the final payment deducted March 2027.
Total amount due: $4900; $500 deposit paid and aggreement dated September 2026: $733.33 monthly payments with the first payment deducted October 2026 and the final payment deducted March 2027.
Total amount due: $4900; $500 deposit paid and aggreement dated October 2026: $880 monthly payments with the first payment deducted November 2026 and the final payment deducted March 2027.
Total amount due: $4900; $500 deposit paid and aggreement dated November 2026: $1100 monthly payments with the first payment deducted December 2026 and the final payment deducted March 2027.

Payments will be made until the total due amount is paid in full.

3. Cancellation Policy:

-Non-Attendance: In the event Participant fails to attend the Retreat for any reason, 60% of payments made by Participant will be transferable by Provider to a future retreat.

-Refund Policy: Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all payments made by Participant are nonrefundable.

4. Participant Responsibilities: Participant agrees to:

-Abide by the rules and guidelines set forth by Provider during the Retreat.

-Assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries incurred during the Retreat.

-Notify Provider of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions that may affect participation in the Retreat.

5. Provider Responsibilities: Provider agrees to:

-Provide Participant with the necessary information and materials related to the Retreat.

-Facilitate the Retreat in a professional and responsible manner.

-Ensure the safety and well-being of Participant to the best of Provider's ability

6. Miscellaneous:

-Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida in the United States of America.

-Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

-Amendments: Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
