Cancellation Policy

Please note: Booking online does not confirm the appointment. Your appointment will be confirmed once the practitioner accepts the appointment. You will receive an email and/or text when the appointment is accepted. Online booking requires the full service amount to be paid upon booking. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. A refund will be issued minus a $50 cancellation fee. To reschedule please call the Chacana Spiritual Center at 321.610.3406.
