In Reiki II we will be continuing your unique and soul-enhancing journey through Reiki! The foundations of Reiki II will be building off of what you have learned in your first class; including Reiki Symbols, Reiki centered meditative breathing & visualization techniques, how to perform Distance Reiki, how Reiki can be combined with other modalities - such as Animal Healing & Communication - and the overall ways Reiki can truly enhance, enliven, and enlighten your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies of yourself and those around you!

Lauren Thew is a Peruvian Trained Shamanic Practitioner, Shadow Work expert, and Embodiment Mentor. Her passion and purpose is brought to life when she is teaching others to fully realize theirs.
