$25 person | 1hr   Prerequisite: Mesa South I class.  This is an ONLINE Only Class.

Basic Mesa Essentials  - Can be taken by any mesa student after they complete South I.

• This class counts towards any of your mesa essential requirements (regardless of which direction you are in).
• In the Basic Mesa Essentials class you can practice anything you learned in South I - West I. (Basic Illumination, Decoupling and Tracking Stone Extraction)

Shaman Shamamma Bean will guide you through hands on Mesa training, as you practice the steps of basic Illumination healing in the comfort of your own home.

You will receive a recording the within 24hrs  of the day of this class from Lauren filled with insight, guidance, and a detailed approach to your practice. After watching the recording, you will be required to record yourself demonstrating the practice within 24 hours of purchasing the class in order to receive class credit. 

After the recording is sent to Lauren, you will receive first hand feedback from her within 24-48 hours! 

Taking this time to practice and integrate the techniques and skills you are learning and growing within you is going to be vital to your healing abilities. By practicing under the divine guidance of Spirit and your Shaman, you will familiarize yourself with the process and bring ease into your practice. This will bring improvement and strength to your Illuminations!

Shamamma Bean is a Full Mesa Carrier (shaman), tarot reader, and head teacher at the Chacana Spiritual Center. She studied under Shannon Davis Medicine Woman (Apus) in the Q’ero-based shamanic tradition. She brings a fresh perspective with intuition, insight, and integrity, helping people step out of the box of culture-assigned identities and into their unique flow of the soul.
