Yoni Yoga is a unique blend of yoga, Pilates and barre/ ballet.
This unique class focuses on the deepest core and stabilizer muscles. Practicing with the kegal muscles as well This class has amazing benefits for any level of fitness including new moms, those with hidden illnesses, or those seeking to connect with their body.
The body will build the way it is being held. This class teaches proper form and muscle contraction through each move for optimal benefits.

Brittany Morley was born and raised on the Space Coast. She has become a master in fitness and health. She specializes in working with those who have speaking needs, chronic illnesses, and PTSD. She is a certified personal trainer, Reiki master and is currently in her 3rd year of study to become a Shaman of the Peruvian lineage. She enjoys learning about new ways of fitness, health and spirituality. She teaches many classes on these subjects.
