Journeying is a shamanic practice used frequently to explore our own inner world, meet and work with guides to enhance our own energy. Journeying uses sound, typically drumming or rattling, to help guide you into the journey state. 

In this class you will take a guided shamanic journey with Donna Paloy, Shaman and Artist to meet/visit a spirit guide. After the journey you will immediately record your experience. Donna will take some time to help process findings with students. Spirit guides are part of our spiritual “team” and here to help us as we move through our life journey. --If you are interested in the Munay Ki Rites series, this is a great time to meet Donna and ask questions-- ;) 

Donna Paloy is a full Mesa carrier trained in the Peruvian tradition of the Qero Shamanic Healing Practices, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and self taught Artist. Donna helps clients develop their own natural talents and abilities, work through life’s roadblocks, understand trauma, build relationships with self and spiritual guides, connect with nature and animal medicine, and provide guidance in spiritual growth and learning. Donna meets her clients on a deep energetic level using natural and ancestral energy medicine techniques to assist in making deep, meaningful and lasting life changes.
