This is the first class in a series of classes in person and or online that will introduce the student to methods used to unlock areas of their lives that will allow the student to learn to remove blockages that have been causing challenges such as physical, mental, emotionall, and spiritual challenges leading to other areas. There are resources that will be discussed and personal experiences that will help illuminate the subjects. Some of the methods when used properly have been recorded and documented effective in helping a person prevent and reverse degenerative conditions as outlined in the book, A Cancer Therapy, Results of 50 Cases by Dr. Max Gerson MD. There are also testimonials that may be introduced through out the courses following. Food and Juice may be served as what would be permitted.

Anthony Serna has been traveling and helping families since 2010 after going through the training and certification process when a family member chooses to use the Gerson Therapy at home. In addition to this, Anthony has been teaching methods to help detoxify, restore, and improve the health and fitness of others using training he received as a US Navy Surface Rescue Swimmer, Command Health and Fitness Coordinator, and Yoga Certified from the Yoga and Meditation Center, San Diego.
