About the Event
Love Donation Event ~Please bring: A notebook & an open mind and an understanding heart.
The group is limited to 10 members
This is a Support and education group for women. We will meet monthly and focus on providing support, education, and empowerment. We will use our time to talk about how we can be advocates for our own healing when we are feeling uncertain or facing difficult times.
We will learn practical and FUN ways to thrive, even when it isn’t easy, even when we don’t know what to do.
Donna Paloy is a full Mesa carrier trained in the Peruvian tradition of Shamanic Healing Practices. Donna helps clients develop their own natural talents and abilities, work through life’s roadblocks, understand trauma, build relationship with self and spiritual guides, understand nature and animal medicine, and provide guidance in spiritual growth and learning. Donna meets her clients on a deep energetic level using natural and ancestral energy medicine techniques to assist in making deep, meaningful and lasting life changes.
This group will cover mental health topics as well as spiritual practices to support emotional well being, but is not solely focused on spirituality and is not a therapeutic support group.
The intent if this group is to provide education and support to women in a safe space of non-judgment, with a professional facilitator to provide structure and guidance. Donna will guide the group through topics and activities as we learn and grow together.
This group is for you if:
You identify as female.
You are open to feedback.
You are open to thoughtful discussion with people who may live differently than you do.
You want to be an agent for change in your own life.
You are able to follow preset rules for safe and productive sharing and learning.
You like to laugh.
Sometimes you cry.
You like to learn.
You want to grow emotionally and spiritually.
You are able to “drop in” but monthly participation is more helpful because activities and topics may build upon each other.
