Over the course of this two-part series, student will learn attunement techniques for greater self-mastery. Create the inner harmony, and outer momentum you desire by exercising right-use of power sourced from your balanced masculine, feminine nature. 

In Part 1, we build our foundational understanding of these two interdependent forces. Specifically in the realms of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Gain confidence in delineating (for example) a healthy masculine behavior from an unhealthy masculine behavior. Learn how to rebalance the latter with an appropriate, healthy feminine mindset to unlock the balanced, sovereign, co-creative force within you. 

In Part 2, we shift from our mental understanding into our bodily knowing, allowing for physical contact to Source wisdom. I will teach you four movements that will open your somatic antenna to four wisdoms of the compassionate masculine and feminine. Mystical in approach, the results are practical for navigating any situation with greater clarity and divine alignment.
