Shaman Lauren Thew will guide you through hands on Mesa training, as you practice the steps of basic Illumination healing in the comfort of your own home.

After purchasing this class, you will receive a recording filled with insight, guidance, and a detailed approach to your practice. After watching the recording, you will be required to record yourself demonstrating the practice within 24 hours of purchasing the class in order to receive class credit. 

After the recording is sent to Lauren, you will receive first hand feedback from her within 24-48 hours! 

Taking this time to practice and integrate the techniques and skills you are learning and growing within you is going to be vital to your healing abilities. By practicing under the divine guidance of Spirit and your Shaman, you will familiarize yourself with the process and bring ease into your practice. This will bring improvement and strength to your Illuminations!
