$150 person | Full day workshop  The PREREQUISITE for this class is receiving the Munay Ki rites. This class is a prerequisite for Mesa training.

Join Diosa Figueroa, Golden Goddess on a beautiful experience as we step into our healing through ceremony, sacred space, smudging and journeys.

We will discuss how to shift into trance to enter the journey. The purpose and benefits of journey work. Discussion on the shamanic lineage, the use of altars and sacred space. We will discuss and practice several journeys including, upper world, middle world, lower world and a spirit song retrieval to assist you in your healing work. 

Please bring the following items to class:

• Yoga mat 
• Journal & Pen
• Rattle or Shaman's drum
• Something to cover your eyes while journeying 
• Sack lunch & water bottle

Diosa Figueroa, Golden Goddess is a shaman and medicine woman of the Peruvian Q’ero Inca lineage and a Reiki Master. As a full mesa carrier it is with great joy that she is here to help you step into your healing!   She is now sharing all she has learned doing healing sessions, mentorships and teaching.
