This class is a prerequisite for Mesa training.

Join Diosa Figueroa, Golden Goddess on a beautiful experience as we step into our healing through ceremony, sacred space and journeys!

In this class you will learn:

• About the Q'ero Inca shamanic lineage.
• The use of altars, sacred space and sacred fire.
• The steps to do shamanic journeys safely.
• How to shift into a trance state to enter the journey.
• The purpose and benefits of journey work.
• Retrieve your own Power Animal.
• We will discuss and practice several journeys including, upper world, middle world, lower world and a spirit song retrieval to assist you in your healing work.

This is a full day class that includes several journey experiences!

Please bring the following items to class:

• Yoga mat
• Journal & Pen
• Rattle or Shaman's drum
• Something to cover your eyes while journeying
• Sack lunch & water bottle

Diosa Figueroa (Golden Goddess), is a shaman & medicine woman of the Peruvian (Inca) Q'ero shaman lineage. Her innate spiritual gifts opened up as a child and continued into her adult life. Her journey of self-discovery and mastery of these gifts led her on a healing path of self-healing and a spiritual awakening.

Eager to learn, Diosa was a student of several spiritual teachings and healing classes. She knew there was something more to life and was guided to train to become a mesa carrier (a shaman).  Her mesa training accelerated her personal healing, which allowed her to discover her true spiritual path. She is now sharing all she has learned doing healing sessions, mentorships & teaching what she has learned. It is with great joy she is here to help you step into your healing!
