Shaman Lauren Thew will lead us through this class to intentionally guide you in expanding and developing your Distance Healing skills and abilities. You will be introduced to the essential qualities needed to practice Energy Clearing and Shamanic Healings without your clients needed to be present in your physical location. You will also learn how to clear and remove heavy hoocha and assist in restoring the harmonious balance for your clients and those you practice on.   

You will become awakened to the immense power of your own shamanic healing abilities, knowing that your healing powers are able to transcend location based limitations, reaching beyond space guided by your intentions to reach those in need.   

You will be practicing with an in class partner to ensure you fully understand and are able to intentionally integrate the techniques you uncover.   

In this class you will need: Your Mesa Journals, Mesa, Rattles, Florida Water, and Drinking Water.

Lauren Thew is a Peruvian Shamanic Practitioner with Degrees in Health Science and Psychology and was formerly a combat medic in the U.S Army. Conscious movements such as yoga and weightlifting make up her kinetic prescription, while meditation, breathwork, shadow work, and journaling provide the mindfulness to make up her resiliency training routine.

Lauren's process is nurtured through a forward progressing, one step at a time approach to developing ever-lasting change from the root causes of traumas. Her purpose has come to life by helping others to live their most authentic and empowered life by assisting in healing on the deepest emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
