Join Darla Williams as she takes you through a short meditation to connect you with your creative energies and a intuitive painting exercise. Intuitive painting is a method of creating art that aims to explore and uncover aspects of the inner self. This will be a space for open expression, deep inner connection, and fun. No artistic experience necessary!

All items are included in the class fee. However if there is something you want to bring to add to your painting, you are welcome to bring it. Wear clothes they can get paint on and/or bring an apron they can get paint on.

Darla Williams is training in the lineage of the Qero Peruvian shamans. She has an AS degree in Human Services and is currently working on her bachelor of science in psychology. Darla has been creating art for 20+ years. It is Darla's passion to help people tap into their creative energy and learn to express themselves through art.
