Sound healing is a very ancient technique used in the healing arts. I will describe the history of sound healing and my theory of sound healing as it relates to teriodial magnetism, chakras, frequency, chi, and the use of Reiki energy to the healing process.

The use of frequency combinations called binaural beats has been used to bring remote views quickly into a deep meditative state so they can perform their mission quickly and with higher accuracy. We will experience binaural beats with the tuning forks and the Trinity Heart Bowls. We will look into the history of the frequencies I use in my sound healing practice. We will explore the types of tuning forks and why I chose the ones I use in my practice. Then each student will experience a Tuning Fork Chakra Balance and experience The power of binaural beats using the Trinity Heart Bowls in healing our hurt hearts. 

All classroom materials and handout will be supplied by John.

John Ruch has been practicing energetic healing for close to 25 years, and was introduced to sound healing soon after. I studied Reiki and became a Reiki Shinpiden (Master teacher in 2011) and finished my Karuna Reiki energy mastership in 2020. I am certified in Tuning Forks by SomaEnergtics around 2012. I graduated form massage therapy school 1996 however, I am not a licenced massage therapist. I presently operate a sound healing practice in Indian Harbour Beach and perform sound healing Bowl meditations locally for the past 8 years and Trinity Heart Healing Bowl meditations for the past year.
