Learning to track and work with these energies – which are actually inseparable, co-existing forces – have helped me develop greater self-leadership, self-compassion, and inner balance. 

For anything to be born into, sustained, or destroyed in this reality, this co-existing force must exist somewhere on a vibrational spectrum. And I aim to show you how to consciously name, claim and navigate these energies to help you sustain a more life-giving reality for yourself, your relationships and your community. 

We will examine how our thoughts, feelings and actions express these energies – whether creative, destructive, or neutral –  and how to shapeshift them into a more discerning and loving use of our power. 

This 1.5 hour class will be highly interactive. While there will be some lecture to frame the course, there will be more opportunities for discussion, practice, attunement, and healing should you choose to play. 

Participants should bring an altar item that represents a healing or manifesting intention, and an issue they'd like to heal through practicing these tools I share.

Simply put, if something in your life isn’t working, then you have an opportunity to claim (or release) more feminine or masculine energy. I’ll show you how.

Valor is a shamanic practitioner initiated into the Lakota healing traditions, trained in Core Shamanic disciplines, and Seiðr seership practices.
