Shaman Lauren will be leading the class as we weave our breath to our movements, taking the time to settle deeper into ourselves. Unblock and awaken your embodiment as we combine breathwork, guided meditation, dance, and yoga flow into one. Together we will achieve a deep state of combined relaxation and release, reviving the balanced equilibrium between our body, soul, and breath alike.

Lauren Thew is a Peruvian Trained Shamanic Practitioner, Shadow Work expert, and Embodiment Mentor. Her passion and purpose is brought to life when she is teaching others to fully realize theirs.
