Donna Paloy, LCSW, is offering the opportunity to learn hands on practical approaches and interventions to help you REDUCE anxiety symptoms EFFECTIVELY and SAFELY!!  

This is a 6 week therapeutic counseling group. If you are unable to attend a class, recordings are available.   

You will learn many techniques during your six weeks including: definitions of clinical terms, pros and cons of medications, thought stopping and thought replacement techniques,, progresisve muscle relaxation, EFT Tapping, somatic (body) and breath work to use during panic/anxiety episodes.   

In each class we will do a short personal check in, practice in real time a technique and learn about it. We will share our experiences with the techniques and process. Donna will provide tools to use outside of class as well to help you stay motivated!

Donna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. Her interest areas include: world religion and philosophy, meditation, women's studies, creative expression, and spiritual practices. Donna is a full mesa carrier and Shamanic Practitioner in the ancient mystical healing practices of the Peruvian Quero lineage.   

Donna has worked in the field of social welfare and counseling for over twenty years. Donna has extensive training and experience in the areas of complicated trauma and abuse. Her experience includes working with all major mental health disorders, specializing in mood disorders, child development and childhood mental health disorders, high risk behaviors, complicated trauma and grief, anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, and mood disorders. She is also a Qualified Supervisor for the state of Florida for Social Work. Donna has written several CEU courses on specialized mental health topics.   

Donna owns Tabula Rasa Healing Arts, where she embraces a whole person healing approach to client care and wellness. Donna offers a range of services including mental health counseling, shamanic energy work and “energy counseling”, energy counseling allows clients to bring their spiritual beliefs into the same room with their mental wellness routine and come up with enhanced treatment planning that works with body, mind and spirit. Donna also provides classes, spiritual mentorship, teaching in: mental health, energy medicine, and the expressive/creative arts. Donna blends her knowledge and skill sets of visual arts, the healing arts, and clinical counseling interventions to provide a very profound yet grounded experience that can bring meaningful and lasting change.
