Prerequisite: This is an advanced class for mesa students that have completed West II. Must have at least 2 students for this class.

This is an opportunity to practice your West II Mesa Training Technique, Word Deconstruction.

Donna will be there to guide you through the steps of this technique as you practice them. She will make sure you have all the correct steps down and provide you with some supplemental/detailed information when appropriate.

This is a GREAT opportunity to release yourself from the grip of the words that trigger you!

It is important if you want to get the most out of your Mesa Training that you practice the techniques you are learning in your mesa lasses. These sessions will afford you the opportunity to work on your fellow students and have someone there to ensure you are following the steps correctly.

What to Bring:

Wear black, your mesa, FL water, your notes from West II and a journal.
