Prerequisite: This is an advanced class for mesa students that have completed West II. Must have at least 2 students for this class.

This is an opportunity to practice your West II  - East II Mesa Training Techniques. 

This class is for anyone who has attended West II up to East II. You may practice anything you have learned throughout Mesa. You must contact the teacher with at least 24 hours notice if you would like to practice any techniques learned in East I or East II.

We will be there to guide you through the steps of the techniques as you practice them. We will make sure you have all the correct steps down and provide you with some supplemental/detailed information when appropriate.

It is important if you want to get the most out of your Mesa Training that you practice the techniques you are learning in your mesa classes. These sessions will afford you the opportunity to work on your fellow students and have someone there to ensure you are following the steps correctly.

What to Bring:

Wear black, vogel, red cloth, mesa, rattle, incense, pendulum, FL water, shell and a stand for smudge, palo santo stick or other smudge, lighter, charcoal, your knife, your notes, bells.

Donna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. Her interest areas include: world religion and philosophy, meditation, women's studies, creative expression, and spiritual practices. Donna is a full mesa carrier and Shamanic Practitioner in the ancient mystical healing practices of the Peruvian Quero lineage.

Donna is the owner of Tabula Rasa Healing Arts, where she embraces a whole person healing approach to client care and wellness.
