In this class Donna will introduce you to the concept of using the creative arts to heal and grow your mind, body and soul, all at once!  Our souls are naturally creative and playful!  The use of creative expression can reduce or alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, “stuck in a rut” syndrome and even complex trauma.  Art connects us more deeply to the part of us that is creative.  

Creative expression is for EVERYONE!   —-This isn’t an art class!!  It IS a creative expression class to help you learn and grow, and connect more deeply with the parts of your soul longing to JUST play and CREATE!!  

Donna will offer each student an experience that energetically activates the creative healer within and teaches you specific techniques you can use to begin your own creative journey!  All materials needed for this class will be provided. 

Be prepared to learn new things about yourself, create your own art piece that you can take home with you and have fun!!  Art can help build soul health through a controlled creative release of heavy energies. Art is a SAFE, NATURAL and EFFECTIVE tool for self healing and also can help you enhance intuitive and psychic abilities.   Art enhances brain function by impacting emotions and affects the nervous system. Art can help alleviate symptoms of chronic illness,  promoting a sense of well being and hope.   Did I mention?? Art raises serotonin levels!!

Donna Paloy is a full Mesa carrier trained in the Peruvian tradition of Shamanic Healing Practices. Donna helps clients develop their own natural talents and abilities, work through life’s roadblocks, understand trauma, build relationship with self and spiritual guides, understand nature and animal medicine, and provide guidance in spiritual growth and learning. Donna meets her clients on a deep energetic level using natural and ancestral energy medicine techniques to assist in making deep, meaningful and lasting life changes.
