Mesa Essentials (Limit 6 seats)

 $30 person/ 2 - 2.5hrs

Prerequisite: This is an advanced class for mesa students that have completed West II. Must have at least 2 students for this class.

This is an opportunity to practice your West II Mesa Training Technique, Compassionate Extractions. 

Diosa will be there to guide you through the steps of this technique as you practice them. She will make sure you have all the correct steps down and provide you with some supplemental/detailed information when appropriate.

You will have the opportunity to do 2 compassionate extractions in this class.  So you should bring your vogel and a backup crystal and 2 red cloths to wrap them.  Your backup can be a double terminate clear quartz crystal or a kuya from your mesa that is big enough for this purpose.

It is important if you want to get the most out of your Mesa Training that you practice the techniques you are learning in your mesa lasses. These sessions will afford you the opportunity to work on your fellow students and have someone there to ensure you are following the steps correctly.

What to Bring:

Wear black, vogel, backup crystal (for 2nd extraction), 2 red cloths, mesa, rattle, incense, pendulum, FL water, shell and a stand for smudge, palo santo stick or other smudge, lighter, charcoal, your knife, your notes, bells.
